In developing the Zippey zipline trolley, input was sought from zipline operators globally, leading to a product that effectively addresses the industry's challenges. The Zippey is crafted from high-spec 4mm aluminum plate, featuring a forged aluminum gate and stainless steel wheels, ensuring an optimal balance between weight and performance. Weighing in at 450g (1.0lb), the Zippey trolley boasts a Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 25kN (5620lbf), surpassing the 2260kg (5000lb) rating mandated by US standards, while also achieving full CE certification.
